Pilates, Yoga & Strength Classes


Classes are offered in the upstairs location of New Boston Physical Therapy.  


SCHEDULE
Maximum class size is 5 participants.  You must sign up for classes.  No drop-ins without instructor permission.

Tuesday:  Cardio/Strength Fusion 8:15am with Kim Messa
A high energy combination of strength training and cardiovascular exercise.  Everyone works at their own pace and we promote a safe and motivational environment for all participants to get the most out of their workout!


Thursday:  Pilates/Strength Fusion 8:15am with Kim Messa
STOTT Pilates focused exercise incorporating the basic principles of Pilates and the use of small equipment (bands, balls, foam rollers, weights) to achieve a balance of strength and flexibility.





*Sunday* 4:00-5:00pm Teen Yoga with Sarah Pearl

Introduce your teens/pre-teens to yoga with this non-intmidating, educational class.  Movement, and therefore Yoga, is essential for fast-growing bodies.  Yoga can also provide teens/pre-teens with essential life tools such as self-esteem and confidence, inner and outer strength, attention and concentration, and heightened awareness of both oneself and others.  Allow your teens to open their minds and find a place of compassionate balance while enjoying time with friends and making new ones!!


Instructor Bio's

Kimberly Messa, BS, PTA is certified with the Athletics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA).  As an AFAA instructor she believes in being your best and motivating people to believe in their own power!  She has been instructing exercise classes and personal training since 1993 and her passion  for helping others achieve their goals is stronger than ever!  She is also certified through Mad Dogg Athletics for Spinning® , with Merrithew™ for STOTT PILATES® (Pilates Mat and Advanced Mat), ZEN-GA®, CORE™ & Total Barre™, and TRX Suspension Training® Course.
Kim is also has a degree in Exercise Science, Physical Therapist Assistant, and Preventive Healthcare & Wellness Promotion.  She is one of the therapists at New Boston Physical Therapy & Wellness.  She enjoys working with individuals of all abilities and gently encourages you to work within your means but always challenging yourself!  

Shelby Ronan, Certified Yoga Instructor/DoTERRA® Oil Wellness Advocate and currently learning the AromaTouch Technique.  Her yoga classes are suited for most levels.  She focuses on flowing postures and balance poses.  She diffuses her favorite DoTERRA oils to promote wellness in every class!

Get yourself signed up for a class with Kim or Sarah!  
**Space is limited** You MUST sign up or call prior to doing a Drop-in.

 Kim's classes are a 10 class card for $100 (exp. 5 months), 6 class card for $66 (exp. 3 months)  You may try a class for $15 drop-in fee if space allows.
